"I have worked with Karele for over 3 years and I am in awe of the work the girls do here...they know when to step back and let the pupil take a breath and work in silence or to chat away. I have seen Pupils who have been non attenders due to anxiety feel they can slowly come back into the school environment after sessions at Karele, Pupils who have not coped with emotions, managing better. Karele is a Little gem that I am glad to have found in East Lothian”
